A little dragonfly dressed in the colors of the sea 🌊
This 16" handpainted dragonfly mandala is dotted and layered in a blue-to-amethyst ocean gradient, with a blue acrylic rose at its center. Every piece I make has a story of its own, and this one started as an experiment to see what my mandala palettes could do beyond a circle. It turned out to be one of my favorites.
It’s painted by hand on 1/4" birch wood, so no two pieces are exactly alike. It makes a great gift, or a quiet bit of color for a wall in your own space.
