This one-of-a-kind mandala skull is hand-painted on a 12" wooden cutout. I built up every dot, swirl and teardrop by hand in deep reds, pinks, white and black, using glittery dimensional paint so the details are raised and catch the light. A sparkling rose blooms across the crown, rhinestones trace the nose and the heart eyes, and mirrored accents make the smile shimmer.
